- About Us
Creed Farms started with a simple frustration: halal meat that was truly done right, and truly backed up, was too hard to find. So we built our own USDA-inspected plant here in Boyd, Texas, and we process goat, lamb, and Black Angus beef the way we'd want it for our own family.
A creed is a set of beliefs you refuse to break. Ours is that every animal is handled with care, under halal protocol and federal inspection, from the moment it arrives to the moment it ships. Nothing gets brokered out, and nothing leaves until it meets the standard our name goes on.
Every animal is processed
right here in Boyd, Texas,
never
brokered out.
When you call, you reach
the family that runs
the plant.
Fully conscious, hand-slaughtered under recognised protocol. We won't process it any other way.
Federal inspection and halal certification on every lot, with the documents to back each shipment.
The person who takes your order is part of the family that fills it. No distributor in between.
One case or a full container, it gets the same care we would give our own table.
A few of the things grocers, restaurants, and export partners tend to ask us before that first order.
Yes, always. There's no second line and there are no exceptions. Every animal that comes through our facility is processed under continuous USDA/FSIS inspection and full halal protocol, whether it's headed for a butcher counter in Dallas or an export container overseas.
All of our slaughter is done by hand, by trained and certified personnel following the protocol of a recognised halal certifying body. The animal is fully conscious, the blessing is invoked, and there's no pre-stunning. Our certification is on file, and we renew it every year.
We cut to your spec, whether that's whole carcass, primals, or portioned cuts, and we vacuum-pack and label everything the way you need it. Just send over your cut sheet and we'll quote against it.
Yes. Every international shipment goes out with the export health certificate, the halal certificate, and whatever country-of-origin paperwork the destination market requires. We prepare it for each shipment ourselves, with no one in between.
We do. We take custom and bulk work from ranchers, co-ops, and larger buyers. Harvest, cut and wrap, grading, dry aging, private labelling, and cold storage are each priced separately, so you only pay for what you use. You can find the details on our custom & bulk processing page.
